Great Ride & Service

Cheryl Pope / USA, Texas

"We needed transport from Vienna to Budapest during the holidays. I contacted TaxiCab and it could not have been easier to book everything. Our driver picked us up from our Vienna hotel as scheduled (he was even early!) and we headed out. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our luggage. We stopped in Bratislava for a few hours and he dropped us off where we wanted and then was waiting for us at our pre-arranged pick-up place. We then headed to Budapest and even though he wasn't a tour guide, driver pointed out a few places of interest which we enjoyed. Overall it was a great way to get from Vienna to Budapest and I would not hesitate to use them again."

Why are we different from a regular local driver?

Chauffeur is alert to many potential risks that simply pass unnoticed by a regular driver and attempt to avoid danger before it arrives • Chauffeur has specialist knowledge of security manoeuvres, is fully trained in defensive and evasive driving techniques, and awareness of the vehicles capabilities and safety features - both active and passive • Chauffeur knows how motorcades work, knows motorcade car positioning, as well as knowledge of how different vehicles present different problems, both in a motorcade and in regular driving scenarios • Chauffeur understands the need for route planning and contingency plans, and knows emergency procedures if something happens
